Wayne Baker

Wayne Baker is a 24 year veteran of the fire service and is currently a full time Fire Chief/Emergency Management Coordinator. Throughout his career he has consistently sought out new technology that can save the lives of the public as well as public safety personnel. Over the past three years he has operated UAS on numerous fires, rescues incidents, lost victim searches, and has assisted on law enforcement operations. He has also developed several training courses, as well as tactics and policies that will help departments utilize this new technology to enhance public safety. He also serves as a member of the North Central Texas Public Safety UAS Response Team (PSURT). Wayne Baker currently operates UAS under Public Safety COAs and is an FAA licensed UAS Remote Pilot.

 

Garret Bryl

Garret Bryl is a USAF Veteran, Aerospace Engineer of 13 years, and a volunteer UAS Pilot for several Public Safety entities in the DFW area including the North Central Texas Public Safety UAS Response Team (PSURT). Garret has been flying UAS for 3 years on numerous fires, rescues incidents, lost victim searches, and has assisted on law enforcement operations as well as developed tactics for UAS operations. Garret has worked closely with many UAS manufacturers and dealers, as an aerospace engineer, to develop and improve UAS airframes, software, and equipment. Garret currently operates UAS under Public Safety COAs and is an FAA licensed UAS Remote Pilot.
